Meguiar’s No. 2 Fine Cut Cleaner

Use this cleaner with a rotary polisher to remove swirls and paint defects.

    We have offered this paint cleaner for  years and have a number of detailers and enthusiasts who swear by it. Recently, Meguiar's changed the application instructions for this product. Meguiar's now recommends that No. 2 Fine Cut Cleaner only be applied using a high speed rotary polisher. They do not recommend  this cleaner for hand application or for use with an orbital polisher.

    If you are skilled in using a high speed rotary polisher, No. 2 Fine Cut Cleaner will remove most stains, blemishes, scratches, swirls, water spots and oxidation with ease. Buffered abrasives break down when applied with a foam pad and high speed polisher to safely remove paint defects without scouring the finish. Fine Cut Cleaner is safe and effective on all paint finishes including clearcoats.

    After cleaning with Fine Cut, follow with Meguiar's No. 9 Swirl Remover and finish with your favorite wax.
