    BLACKFIRE All Finish Paint Protection is our largest selling paint protectant among serious car enthusiasts and show car owners. We're offering this product to our RV customers for a number of reasons. First, the water-based formula is safe for both paint and fiberglass making it perfect for Class C motorhomes with a cab front and a fiberglass shell.     In trying to describe the difference between BLACKFIRE products and conventional products, we often refer to a new group of polymers. Our chemist calls them “super polymers”.

     These polymers have a crystal structure that refracts light, similar to a diamond, to create the same liquid, shimmer that only the very best carnauba waxes create.     The Holy Grail of car waxes would be a product that produces the same deep, liquid shimmer of the very best carnauba waxes without carnauba's limited durability and penchant for water spotting. Is BLACKFIRE All Finish Paint Protection that dream come true? No, but it's close. Will it produce the same liquid shine as Pinnacle Souveran Paste Wax? No, but it's close. Is it as easy to apply as Klasse All-In-One? No, but it's close.

    All Finish Paint Protection does bridge the gap between the very best carnauba waxes and the very best synthetic paint protectants. It is extremely paint friendly, easy to apply, offers outstanding protection from the elements, has remarkable durability and produces a shine that comes very close to the best carnauba waxes.     This is still an "enthusiast" product because it  requires a polish or pre-wax cleaner be applied prior to first time application. Once you're past that step, the rest is downhill. All Finish Paint Protection wipes on and buffs off in about 20 minutes for the average size car and the protection will last six to nine months! If the spirit moves you, you can layer this protectant to deepen the shine or you can just mist and wipe the surface anytime with the companion Deep Gloss Spray.

New Formula Update: Wow! Super-slippery finish. After buffing, my towel just glides over the surface. More importantly, this finish lasts. I have wash my car every week for the last six weeks and I can honestly say the finish is just as slippery now as it was when I first applied it. On the downside, the new formula is harder to buff off. You must wait for the product to fully dry and buff with a Microfiber towel. I tried to buff while the product was still wet and it wouldn't come off. Once dry, it buffed off easily with a Microfiber towel. For the dramatic improvement in finish slipperiness, it's an acceptable trade-off.

    Considering how long it lasts,  the type of shine it produces and the cost, this is probably the biggest bargain we offer.
